Linda L. Winchenbach is a Florida native. She received both her undergraduate degree and her law degree from the University of Florida, and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1988. She is also admitted to several federal courts, including the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Winchenbach has past experience in personal injury, workers compensation, and estate planning law. Currently, she primarily has a motion and appellate practice in the area of constitutional law defense, representing Florida law enforcement agencies and officers.
Ms. Winchenbach continues to assist people with probate and estate planning. Also, in addition to the firm’s clients, she is available to handle appellate matters for other attorneys and individuals.
